Why This Dish Is So Satisfying
Better Cooking Tips
- Use room temperature eggs for a lighter, fluffier texture.
- Avoid overfilling the pan to allow the frittata to rise properly.
Directions
Heat your air fryer to 350°F. While that’s warming up, give a 6-inch cake pan a good spray with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream until smooth. Then add the bacon, Jack cheese, chiles, tomatoes, onion, and a pinch of salt and pepper—mix everything well. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and carefully place it in the air fryer basket. Let it cook for about 10 minutes. If the top starts to brown too quickly, cover it loosely with foil. Keep cooking until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, which should take another 6 to 10 minutes. Once it’s done, let it cool a bit before slicing and serving.
