- ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's®)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 3 green onions, chopped

Directions
Warm your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lay your cauliflower crust on a baking sheet or baking steel, then spread a nice even layer of ranch dressing over it. In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the Buffalo sauce until it’s all coated, then spread that mixture over the ranch. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top, followed by crispy bacon bits and some chopped green onions. Don’t forget to add a little blue cheese for that extra punch. Pop it in the oven and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is all melted and bubbly and the crust has turned a lovely golden brown.
