Directions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly spray a shallow baking dish or glass pie plate with cooking spray to keep things from sticking. Arrange the artichoke hearts evenly in the dish, then drizzle half of the salad dressing (about 1/4 cup) over them. Pop the dish into the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Take it out, spread the cheese evenly over the artichokes, and drizzle the remaining dressing on top. Put it back in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, which should take around 10 minutes. When that’s done, turn off the oven, sprinkle the fried onions over the cheesy artichokes, and leave it in the warm oven for about a minute to let the onions get a little crispy. Then it’s ready to enjoy!
