Why This Dish Is Amazing
Cooking Secrets
- Chill all ingredients before mixing to keep the drink crisp.
- Adjust the amount of hot sauce to suit your heat preference.
Step 1
Pour some chili-lime seasoning onto a small plate. Take a lime wedge and rub it around the rim of a pint-sized jar, then dip the jar’s edge into the seasoning so it sticks. Fill the jar with about a cup of ice and set it aside for now.
Step 2
Grab a cocktail shaker and add the rest of the ice along with the Bloody Mary mix, pickle juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Squeeze in a wedge of lime and a wedge of lemon for a fresh citrus kick.
Step 3
Take a sprig of fresh dill, roughly chop it, and toss it into the shaker. Put the lid on and give everything a good shake for about 10 seconds to blend those flavors together.
Step 4
Finally, strain the mixture into your prepared jar. Garnish with a pickle spear and a few sprigs of dill, plus the remaining lime and lemon wedges for a bright, tasty finish. Enjoy!
