Step 1
Place the eggs in a medium saucepan and covering them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then take the pan off the heat and cover it. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for about 10 to 12 minutes. Once they're done, drain the water, cool the eggs under running water or in an ice bath, and peel them.
