Ingredients
- 1 (7 inch) wheel Brie cheese
- 2 large Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon caramel sauce, or to taste
- 1 (7.2 ounce) package Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®
Why This Dish Is So Special
Cooking Pointers
- Cut the brie into small pieces that fit well on the pretzels to avoid melting too much.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce just before serving to keep the pretzels from getting soggy.
Step 1
Lightly heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a round of brie right in the center of the sheet and pop it in the oven for about 10 minutes, just until it starts to soften.
Step 2
While the brie is warming up, melt the butter and brown sugar together in a skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the apple slices and cook them until they’re nice and tender, which should take around 5 minutes.
Step 3
When the brie is ready, transfer it to a serving plate. Spoon the warm apple mixture over the top and finish it off with a drizzle of caramel sauce. Grab some pretzel crisps on the side, and you’re all set to enjoy!
