Smart Cooking Tips
- Pre-bake the crust until golden brown before adding toppings to help it hold together.
- Use parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
Step 1
Place a pizza stone in your oven and preheat it to 425°F (220°C). While the oven is heating, lay your pizza crust on a piece of parchment paper. Spread a good layer of tomato sauce over the crust. In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella and provolone cheeses, then sprinkle about half of that cheese mix evenly over the sauce.
Step 2
Pile on the toppings—cherry tomatoes, sliced onion, spinach, black olives, artichokes, crispy bacon, and mushrooms. Once everything’s on, sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top to help it all stick together.
Step 3
Carefully slide the pizza, along with the parchment paper, onto the hot pizza stone. Let it bake for about 13 to 15 minutes, until the crust is nice and crispy and the cheese is bubbling and golden. Once done, take it out, slice it up, and enjoy!
