Why This Recipe Is So Popular
Helpful Cooking Tips
- Make sure the chicken pieces are cut evenly so they cook at the same rate.
- Preheat the grill or pan to avoid sticking and to get nice grill marks.
Step 1
Chop coriander leaves, green chilies, and onions in a food processor until finely minced.
Step 2
Add the chicken, ginger-garlic paste, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and chili flakes to the processor. Blend everything until you get a smooth, well-mixed paste.
Step 3
Lightly grease your hands, then take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into a kabab. Press a small block of mozzarella cheese into the center and seal it completely with the chicken mixture.
Step 4
Heat about a tablespoon of oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Cook the kababs, turning occasionally, until they’re golden and cooked through on all sides.
Step 5
Once they’re done, take them off the heat and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
