Why This Dish Is So Satisfying
Helpful Kitchen Tips
- Squeeze out excess moisture from the spinach to prevent the filling from becoming watery.
- Secure the stuffed chicken with toothpicks or kitchen twine to keep the filling inside while cooking.
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Step 2
Chop the baby spinach leaves finely and stir them into the cream cheese mixture. Then add the grated cheese and mix everything well.
Step 3
Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff it with the spinach and cheese filling. Secure the opening with toothpicks to keep the filling inside.
Step 4
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Step 5
Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until it’s golden brown on both sides.
Step 6
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes, until cooked through.
Step 7
Once done, let it rest for a few minutes, then garnish with cherry tomatoes and enjoy!
