What Makes This Recipe Unique
Tips For Best Results
- Make sure the rings are evenly sized to ensure even cooking.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if needed to get a nice golden color.
Step 1
Break the bread slices into a food processor and pulse until they turn into fine crumbs.
Step 2
Add the boneless chicken, coriander, ginger-garlic paste, salt, chili powder, black pepper, cumin seeds, chili flakes, fresh chilies, and an egg to the bread crumbs. Blend everything together until you get a smooth mixture.
Step 3
Lightly grease your hands with a bit of oil, then take small portions of the mixture and shape them into little donut rings.
Step 4
In a bowl, beat two eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Dip each chicken ring into the egg mixture, then coat it well with breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the rings until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Step 6
Drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
