Step 1
Activat the yeast: mix the yeast, sugar, and warm milk in a cup and stir well. Let it sit for about 15 minutes until it becomes frothy.

In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Pour in the fermented yeast mixture and gradually add more milk while kneading until you get a smooth, soft dough.

Add the oil and knead again for a few minutes. Grease the bowl, place the dough inside, cover it, and let it rise for about an hour until it doubles in size.

While the dough is rising, prepare the chicken. Mix yogurt with coriander powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, chili flakes, tikka masala, and ginger-garlic paste. Toss the chicken in this marinade along with some oil. Cook it in a pan over medium heat until the chicken is cooked through and nicely browned. Set aside.

For the sauce, simply mix ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard paste, soy sauce, and oregano in a small bowl. Set this aside for later.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into two balls. On a floured surface, roll each ball out to your desired thickness. Place the dough on a greased pizza pan and spread some sauce around the edges to form a crust.

Use a fork to poke a few holes in the dough, then spread sauce in the center. Top with mozzarella cheese, the cooked chicken, sliced capsicum, tomatoes, onions, and a little more cheese. Sprinkle oregano over the top.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
