Why This Dish Is So Special
Smart Cooking Tips
- Stir frequently while cooking to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
- Let the pudding cool slightly before adding the toppings to keep them fresh and bright.
Step 1
Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a gentle boil. Once it’s bubbling, stir in the oats and turn the heat down to medium-low. Let the oats cook, stirring now and then, until they’re soft and most of the water has been absorbed—this usually takes about 15 minutes. Take the pot off the heat and let the oats cool for another 15 minutes or so.
Step 2
Toss the cooked oats into a blender along with the cashew milk and banana. Blend everything until it's nice and smooth.
Step 3
Spoon the creamy oat mixture into two bowls, then sprinkle each with some diced mango, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
