Why This Recipe Is So Delicious
Cooking Advice
- Chill all ingredients before mixing to keep the drink refreshing.
- Adjust the amount of hot sauce to control the spice level to your liking.
Step 1
Pour some dill pickle juice into a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, mix together the sriracha salt, celery seed, and black pepper. Dip the rims of your glasses first into the pickle juice, then into the spice mixture to coat them nicely. Pop the glasses into the fridge or freezer to chill while you make the drink.
Step 2
Pour the rest of the pickle juice and the salt mixture into a large pitcher. Add the vegetable juice, vodka, lime juice, horseradish powder, and hot sauce, then give everything a good stir. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for at least an hour so the flavors can meld together.
Step 3
While the drink is chilling, thread a pickled egg, a pickled okra spear, and a dill pickle onto bamboo skewers for a fun garnish.
Step 4
When you’re ready to serve, add a couple of ice cubes, one of the loaded skewers, and a celery stalk to each glass. Give the Bloody Mary mix a quick stir, then pour it evenly into the prepared glasses. Serve right away and enjoy!
