Directions
Heat your oven to 450°F (230°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the baking mix, oats, milk, and hemp seeds. Stir everything together until the dough comes together in a ball. Gently fold in the blueberries so they’re spread throughout the dough. Using a spoon, drop heaping spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving some space between each one. Pop them in the oven and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until they turn a lovely golden brown. When they’re out, brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle a little brown sugar over each biscuit for a sweet finish. Let them cool slightly, then enjoy!
