Why This Recipe Is So Good
Smart Cooking Tips
- Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs for faster cooking and tender meat.
- Stir the sauce continuously to prevent it from sticking to the pan and to ensure it stays smooth.
Step 1
In a bowl, toss the chicken with cornflour, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and chili flakes until everything is well coated. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chicken until it’s golden brown. Once cooked, set it aside.
Step 2
In a large pot, heat a little oil and sauté the chopped garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the tomato paste and cook it for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, then add the carrots, cabbage, onion, and capsicum. Cook everything together for a minute or so.
Step 5
Toss the fried chicken back into the pot and give it a good stir. Let it cook with the veggies for another minute.
Step 6
Finally, add the boiled spaghetti and mix everything well so the flavors come together.
Step 7
Serve up and enjoy your tasty chicken pasta!
