Step 1
Crack 4 large eggs into a bowl and beat them well. Heat about a teaspoon of oil in a pan, pour in the eggs, and scramble until just cooked. Set them aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, barbecue sauce, chili flakes, sugar, cornflour, and water until smooth. Set this sauce mixture aside.

Heat another teaspoon of oil in the pan, then add chopped carrots, chilies, and spring onions. Stir-fry for about a minute. Toss in the chopped garlic and cook everything for another 2-3 minutes.
