- 1/2 Cabbage
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 1 small Carrot
- 3 tbsp Spring Onions

- 3 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Oatmeal
- 2 tbsp Wheat Flour

- Cook the cabbage until it’s just tender to avoid it becoming mushy.

Step 1
Chop half a cabbage and slice half an onion.
Step 2
Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan, then sauté the cabbage and onion on medium-low heat until they start to soften.

Sprinkle in some chili powder, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Chop a small carrot and add it to the pan. Keep cooking for 3-4 more minutes until the veggies are tender.

Turn off the heat and set the veggies aside.

In a bowl, beat 3 eggs well, then stir in the cooked vegetables, 3 tablespoons of chopped spring onion, 3 tablespoons of oatmeal, and 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix everything together.

Heat a teaspoon of oil in the pan again, pour in the egg mixture, and cook on medium-low until the eggs are fluffy and mostly set.

Carefully flip the eggs to cook the other side, then once done, slide it onto a plate and enjoy!
