Why This Recipe Is So Delicious
Helpful Tips For Cooking
- Don’t overbake; remove the biscuits when the edges are just set to keep them soft inside.
- Chill the dough for 15 minutes if it feels too sticky before shaping.
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and sugar together. Gradually add the clarified butter and combine everything until you get a soft cookie dough. It’s amazing how just three simple ingredients come together so easily!
Step 2
Take small portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place the balls evenly on a baking tray.
Step 3
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes. Once ready, bake the cookies at 170°C (340°F) for around 15 minutes.
Step 4
While the cookies are baking, melt the chocolate in the microwave in short bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
Step 5
When the cookies are done, take them out and let them cool completely. Once cooled, dip the top of each cookie into the melted chocolate, then sprinkle with some chopped cashew nuts.
Step 6
Let the chocolate set, and enjoy your quick and tasty chocolate biscuits!
