Directions
Pour the cold brew concentrate into an ice cube tray and pop it in the freezer. Let it freeze completely, which usually takes about 2 to 4 hours. While that’s chilling, mix the hot cocoa powder with some hot water until it’s fully dissolved and smooth. Once your coffee cubes are ready, toss them into a blender along with the cocoa mixture, soy milk, chocolate syrup, and your choice of sweetener.
