Why You'll Want This Again
Tips For Best Results
- Marinate the pork for at least 30 minutes to enhance the smoky chipotle taste.
- Use fresh lime juice as a finishing touch to brighten the flavors and add a hint of acidity.
Step 1
Lightly heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While it’s warming up, mix some mayonnaise with diced chipotle pepper in a small bowl to make a spicy chipotle mayo.
Step 2
Place the pork cutlets on one baking sheet and the naan bread on another. Lightly sprinkle a bit of water over the naan to keep it from drying out.
Step 3
Pop the pork cutlets in the oven and let them warm up for about 5 minutes. Then, put a slice of cheese on each cutlet and keep them in the oven until the cheese melts, which should take another 5 minutes or so.
Step 4
At the same time, warm the naan on its own baking sheet for about 5 minutes until it’s nice and soft.
Step 5
Once everything is heated, spread a generous layer of the chipotle mayo over each naan. Layer a cheesy pork cutlet on top, then add shredded lettuce and some chopped green onions. Fold the sides of the naan over the filling and enjoy!
