Why You'll Want This Again
Expert Cooking Tips
- Use a mix of nuts and dried fruits for added texture and flavor.
- Chill the bars for at least two hours before cutting to prevent crumbling.
Directions
Tos together the quick oats, granola, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips, raisins, dried cranberries, and ground flax seeds in a big bowl. Next, in a small saucepan, combine the peanut butter, honey, and brown sugar. Warm the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves and everything is smooth—this should take about 5 minutes. Once it’s ready, take the pan off the heat and pour the peanut butter mixture over the oat mixture. Stir everything together until it’s evenly coated. Then, press the mixture firmly into a 9x13-inch pan to form an even layer. Let it set for a bit so it holds together, then cut into 16 bars and enjoy!
