What Makes This Recipe So Great
Tips For Best Results
- Crack the eggs gently to keep yolks intact.
- Keep an eye on the eggs towards the end to achieve your preferred level of doneness.
Directions
Lightly heat your oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and give your sheet pan a good greasing so nothing sticks. In a big bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth, then stir in whatever mix-ins you like. Pour the egg mixture onto the prepared pan, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle little piles of Cheddar cheese all over the top. Pop it in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, just until the eggs are set but still soft — they’ll keep cooking a bit after you take them out, so watch closely to avoid rubbery eggs. Once done, cut into squares and enjoy!
