Tips From The Kitchen
- Use finely grated Parmesan for an even coating and better melting.
- Arrange the pieces in a single layer in the air fryer for the crispiest results.
Step 1
Tos the cauliflower florets with 2 teaspoons of oil and the garlic in a medium bowl until everything is nicely coated. Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Cook it at 360°F (180°C) for about 10 minutes, giving the basket a good shake halfway through to help it cook evenly.
Step 2
Once that’s done, transfer the cauliflower back to the bowl and drizzle the remaining teaspoon of oil over it. Add in the Parmesan, almonds, bread crumbs, and thyme, then toss everything together so the florets are well coated. Pop it back into the air fryer and cook for another 5 minutes or until it’s crispy and golden brown. Enjoy!
