Cooking Tips You Should Know
- Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes to let the spices soak in.
- Cook the chicken over medium heat to keep it tender and juicy.
Step 1
Slice one chicken breast into strips and toss them in a bowl with soy sauce, vinegar, cornflour, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together well.
Step 2
Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat, then fry the chicken strips until they’re golden brown and cooked through. Once done, take them out and set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, add sliced onions along with red and green bell peppers. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper, and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
Step 4
Pour in soy sauce, vinegar, and ketchup. Stir everything together and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes so the flavors come together.
Step 5
Add the cooked chicken back into the pan, give it a good mix, then turn off the heat.
Step 6
Sprinkle chopped spring onions on top for a fresh finish. Serve it up with some rice and enjoy!
