Directions
Lin a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel the bananas, slice them up, and spread the pieces out on the sheet. Pop them in the freezer for about an hour. While the bananas are chilling, toss the strawberries into a blender and pulse just enough to break them down but still keep some chunks. Pour this into a bowl and set it aside. Once the bananas are frozen, add them to the blender along with the tahini, vanilla, and brown sugar. Blend everything until it’s nice and smooth. Now, fill each popsicle mold about a quarter of the way with the strawberry mixture. Next, pour in the banana-tahini blend until the molds are almost full, around three-quarters. Sprinkle a few mini chocolate chips on top, stick in the popsicle sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
