Step 1
In a small bowl, combine salt, turmeric, tikka masala, chili powder, coriander powder, chili flakes, cumin powder, ginger garlic chili paste, lemon juice, and yogurt. Mix everything well.

Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let it sit for about an hour to soak up all the flavors.

Fill a large pot with some water and set up for steaming. Place the marinated chicken inside and steam it over medium-low heat for 40 to 45 minutes.

After steaming, transfer the chicken pieces to a baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes until the outside turns crispy.
