Why This Dish Is A Crowd Favorite
Simple Cooking Tips
- Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure even cooking and a nice sear.
- Use medium heat to cook slowly and prevent the chicken from drying out.
Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces and put them in a bowl. Add salt, chili flakes, pepper, paprika, soy sauce, and ginger garlic paste. Mix everything well and let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Pour some all-purpose flour into a bowl. Take each chicken piece and coat it lightly in the flour.
Step 3
Dip the floured chicken pieces into cold water, then coat them again in the flour. Shake off any extra flour.
Step 4
Repeat this process with all the chicken pieces.
Step 5
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken chunks until they’re golden brown and crispy.
Step 6
Drain them on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
