Chef Tips
- Use a wire rack on your baking sheet to allow even air circulation and crispier skin.
- Let the wings rest for a few minutes after cooking to lock in the juices.
Directions
Tos the wings in a big bowl with the cola, then pop them in the fridge to marinate for about an hour. While the wings are soaking up all that flavor, mix together the sazon seasoning, mustard, cayenne, seafood seasoning, celery salt, brown sugar, and BBQ seasoning to make a tasty rub. When the wings are ready, drain off the cola and discard it. Give the wings a good mix with half a cup of hot sauce, then sprinkle on the rub and toss everything until the wings are well coated. Preheat your oven to 425°F and lightly grease a broiler pan. Spread the wings out on the pan and bake for 30 minutes, then flip them over and bake for another 20 minutes or until they’re nice and crispy. Finally, toss the wings with the remaining hot sauce and slide them back into the oven for 5 more minutes to finish.
