Kitchen Tricks
- Avoid overmixing the ingredients to keep the texture tender.
- Let the loaf rest for a few minutes after baking to help it hold together when slicing.
Directions
Gently heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan. In a big bowl, combine the turkey, buffalo meat, bread crumbs, dry onion soup mix, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, egg, dill dip, blue cheese dressing, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything well until it’s all evenly combined. Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and cover it loosely with aluminum foil. Pop it in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes. After that, take off the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Once it’s done, let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
