Step 1
Boil water in a saucepan. Add a little oil and salt to the water. Once it’s boiling, toss in the twisted pasta and cook until it’s almost done (about 99%). Drain the pasta and set it aside.

Heat some oil in a pan, then add the chopped garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Season the chicken with salt, chili flakes, cumin seeds, and pepper. Stir in the chili sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce, mixing everything well.

Add the carrots to the pan and cook for a minute. Then throw in the capsicum and cabbage, stir everything together, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
